Refund & Return Policy
1. Refunds will be made in full only if cancellation is processed before the courier is dispatched.
2. Refunds will be granted if Russells Freight fail to attempt to collect / delivery before the agreed deadline.
3. Refunds will not be granted if cancellation is made at the time or after the collection is made.
4. If the shipment has to be returned to the shipper due to change of mind, excess weight, inaccurate information or any other reason, the shipper will be charged in full for collection and delivery of the package.
5. Refunds will not be granted if collection is missed because the Shipper was absent. Collection times are only a guide, the driver maybe be delayed by traffic or other factors beyond human control.
6. Refunds will not be granted if collection is attempted and the shipment is not ready for shipment.
7. Refunds can not be granted for longer transit times or delays, Estimated transit times based on average transit times. More time should be allowed for remote areas.
8. Refunds will not be granted if the shipment is delayed by Customs, weather, space availability or any other reasons beyond our Control.
9. Refunds will not be issued if Delivery has been attempted, but the consignee was absent. A card will be left and the Consignee will have to organise another delivery.
10. Refunds may occasionally be granted at the discretion of the Management, All claims must sent in writing to our Registered Office.
